Your team

The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. We believe in the core principle of Value for All, by leading the transformation of the digital advertising industry so it creates an honest, clear & meaningful value exchange for our people, clients, society, consumers and the media industry. Together with 100 like-minded colleagues we run digital campaigns for advertisers over 50+ markets around the world. We have over 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams of Google, Meta, Amazon and many others to learn and use the most of those technologies. What are you going to achieve?

  • Collaborating with internal team and external stakeholders to deliver day to day strategic work for client(s), stewarding strategies through to execution;
  • Deliver a point of view around a client's business/category, culture and consumer by compiling, analysing and interpreting information from various research sources, and apply to day to day briefs;
  • Briefing internal working teams and external media publishers/partners for ideation, lead and steer brainstorms;
  • Staying up-to-date on leading and emerging media channels/partners (with a skew towards digital) and how to apply them to media/consumer brief responses;
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with other functional areas of the business to drive transformational change;
  • Develop global campaign projects that align with the client's business and communication objectives. Introduce innovation with bespoke ideas and media solutions to clients;
  • Interface with an array of stakeholders ranging in seniority, across various business functions.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in media buying and planning and within digital advertising industry;
  • You are well aware of choosing the appropriate media mix for different type of campaigns;
  • You are a detail-oriented person with excellent organisational and time-management skills;
  • You have the ability to juggle different projects and prioritize workload;
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • You have a passion for digital marketing and the desire to grow within this industry.
