The Global Addressable Media team is a team of 100+ digital media specialists with over 30 different nationalities. From our home base in London and Amsterdam we operate globally, covering 50+ markets. What are you going to do?

As a Senior Paid Social Campaign Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing paid media advertising strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid social advertising campaigns. You will work closely with client(s) and internal teams to ensure campaigns are strategically sound and meet performance goals. Your expertise in paid media technology and data analysis will be critical in driving efficient and effective advertising strategies.

We are looking for a curious person who is eager to learn fast, knows how to communicate, has an international background and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment with all cultural challenges and opportunities this brings. For this role you need to have excellent stakeholder management skills. 

Core responsibilities & Expertise:

Oversee the paid-social strategy for our client. Primarily consisting of the following;

  • Overseeing the overarching test & learn objectives;

  • Platform specific test & learn goals;

  • Partner JBP agreements;

  • Campaign specific paid-social strategy based on campaign objective, creative mix and market(s).

Manage the team of paid-social specialists, processes & work quality;

  • Oversee timely delivery of all campaign deliverables & launches;

  • Create & Implement processes which improve ways-of-working/client services;

  • Support their personal development;

  • Primary point of escalation in case of emergencies/challenges specific to paid-social.

Drive thought leadership on paid-social as a channel in the media mix to internal/external stakeholders;

  • Lead creative inspiration sessions for Dentsu creative agency, to ensure fit-for-platform creatives are available for specific branding activations;

  • Drive inspiration on how the different paid-social platforms can sit in the media mix.

What are you going to achieve? 

The primary purpose of a Senior Paid Social Campaign Manager is to drive successful paid social media campaigns that meet the strategic objectives of the clients. This role is essential for maximizing the effectiveness of paid media advertising efforts, ensuring that campaigns are targeted, optimized, and aligned with broader marketing goals.

In summary, the purpose of a Senior Specialist is to strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and overall marketing success. This role is pivotal in leveraging paid media advertising to achieve measurable business outcomes and maintain a competitive advantage in the digital marketing landscape.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 4+ years of advanced hands-on experience within a buying platform. Meta Business Manager, Snapchat and Smartly are a must;

  • You have excellent project management, presentational and problem-solving skills;

  • You have advanced knowledge in the paid media ecosystems, vendor partnership management and ad verification partners;

  • You are known for your exceptional client servicing capacity and decision making;

  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills;

  • You are heavenly experienced with campaign management, optimisation, KPI measurement and delivery;

  • You have advanced vendor relationship management experience;

  • You have advanced agility & adaptability skills;

  • You have advanced analysis & insights experience;

  • You are excelling in organisation & prioritisation;

  • You have a strong passion for digital marketing and the desire to grow within this industry.
