The Global Addressable Media team is a team of 100+ digital media specialists with over 30 different nationalities. From our home base in London and Amsterdam we operate globally, covering 50+ markets. We work for a selection of the world’s largest brands, partner with the most advanced media and technology companies, and offer integrated digital media solutions connecting brands with their consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences to drive sustainable growth.

Own the paid social and/or programmatic campaign management across client(s) within the Addressable team. Creating comprehensive campaign plans, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ad placements. To ensure the successful implementation of campaigns across various platforms;
Align with global team to ensure our test & learn approach are in line with the global test and learn roadmap of Paid Media buying.
Collaborating with client and internal teams to develop addressable advertising strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives;
Work closely with JBPs and media partners to explore and identify best ways to implement test & learn into our campaigns.
Staying up-to-date on industry changes and translating those changes into actionable recommendations
Guiding the team's performances related to problems/challenges, develop an action plan for improvement.
You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience within a buying platform (e.g. Meta Business Manager, DV360, Snapchat, Smartly, TradeDesk, etc.)
You have stakeholder management experience;
You have strong project management, presentational and problem-solving skills;
You are known for your exceptional client servicing capacity;
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
You have a strong passion for digital marketing and the desire to grow within this industry.
