The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. The Senior Client Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Client Director in the successful delivery of the client account. You will manage the team and capabilities to ensure on-time delivery, excellence in execution, and drive collaboration both internally and externally with the client and partners.
As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing the client account. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the internal & external teams to analyzing the campaign performances. Furthermore, you should be identifying the clients' requirements and needs. You work on Programmatic and Paid Social strategy and implementation. Owning an exciting client account, confidently carrying out day-to-day responsibilities; ranging from media planning, DSP and tracking setup, analysis, and reporting on these outcomes to managers.
Being comfortable conversing with clients on how Programmatic / Paid Social Advertising can be used to best meet their needs.
Supporting Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs;
Working collaboratively across dentsu and across network by uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and dentsu;
Managing clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget;
Support the team with building solid relationships with our clients and being responsible for delivering a great client service;
Reviewing plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working;
Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work;
Providing accurate plan details and updates to clients.
You have 4+ years’ experience working in programmatic or paid social activation environment (preferably hands-on);
You have strong people management skills;
You have strong negotiation and relationship management skills;
You have strong financial management skills;
You have excellent consultative selling skills;
You have excellent project management and problem-solving skills;
You have advanced product & solution frameworks & methods experience;
You have excellent communication, collaboration skills and attention to detail;
You have advanced industry expertise;
You have a passion for digital marketing and the desire to grow within this industry.
