About the role

The purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of clients and assist the AV Director on a day to day basis. This is to ensure that the team is developing plans that deliver against client objectives and to support the AV director on high level recommendations and presentations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop AV plans with optimal performance, including substantiation to the customer and further follow up on the next steps (presentations, optimizations, procurations);
  • Stay connected with the other planners and director in the client team in order to establish integrated communication plans;
  • Support and participation on pitches together with trading and represent the AV Director;
  • Monitoring and implementation of recommendations from evaluations (audits, tracking, savings, etc.);
  • Support of AV Planning Director with all occurring activities;
  • Taking responsibility on your own customers by actively engaging in customer contact, showing proactivity and thus achieving optimal customer satisfaction;
  • To be able to negotiate independently with operators and to deal with contract commitments in close cooperation with trading, where customer-specific wishes are central;
  • Keeping track of contractually agreed agreements and the associated forecast in AV area as well as the media calendars applicable to the customer (annual planning);
  • Keeping up to date with current media information and offers, while proactively looking at possibilities within the customer package and informing the customer team and the customer;
  • Develop vision in the field of AV with an analytical mindset.

    What are we looking for?

    Professional Skills:

    • Deep knowledge of the AV landscape;
    • Deep knowledge of AV planning and purchasing tools;
    • Project management experience, deep understanding of processes, workflows, (online) tools and methodologies;
    • Numerical and analytical skills;
    • Presentation skills;
    • Commercial strong and pro-active/ energetic attitude. You can think in solutions and you are able to work pro-actively on new client proposals;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch or French and good in English.

    Key Experience:

    • + 3 years of working experience AV Planning;
    • Experience in making and presenting high level AV recommendations;
    • Project Management;
    • Experience in advising complex (international) clients;
    • Thinking and acting in a result-oriented and problem-solving way.
