Your Team

The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. We believe in the core principle of Value for All, by leading the transformation of the digital advertising industry so it creates an honest, clear & meaningful value exchange for our people, clients, society, consumers and the media industry. Together with 100 like-minded colleagues we run digital campaigns for advertisers over 50+ markets around the world. We have over 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams of Google, Meta, Amazon and many others to learn and use the most of those technologies. Role purpose - Buying Lead Heineken Amplify

As Buying Lead on the Heineken Amplify account you will be an absolute frontrunner in the world of addressable media with a focus on buying social and programmatic media. You will also lead the team in driving buying innovations as well as focusing on the broader ways of working across this global and dynamic account.

You will manage a team of Campaign Managers who are experts on major global technologies like DV360, GA360, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest and many more.

This is a unique role where you are responsible for the complete digital media buying in multiple markets and drive innovation and thought leadership around the globe. We are looking for international talents who are curious by nature, a team player, like to understand more about the technologies behind advertising and prefer data driven decision making. As you will have to lead and steer a team in Amsterdam, it is necessary to be located or relocate to The Netherlands.

What are you going to achieve?

  • Leading the internal buying team to ensure the delivery of best in class programmatic and social campaigns;
  • Manage a team of programmatic and social traders and ensure team are supported with their training and development
  • Providing (buying) best practices and offers insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness;
  • Identifying opportunities, creating processes, and sharing learning from any testing of new partners, technology or platforms;
  • Maintain the account workflow (owning internal processes);
  • Lead client conversations around buying innovations and support the wider team in ensuring opportunities to drive innovation are being execute;
  • Driving innovation, automation and improvements to current account processes and ways of working.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Paid Media;

  • You are an expert in Programmatic and Paid Social buying, using multiple platforms e.g., DV360, TradeDesk, Amazon, Meta Business Manager, etc.;

  • You have strong leadership skills';

  • You have strong project management, presentational and problem-solving skills;

  • You are known for your exceptional client servicing capacity;

  • You have experience in driving innovation across addressable clients;

  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
