What will you be doing  

We would love to get you acquainted to different aspects of HR! In our team we have three HR Business Partners, one Payroll & Reporting Specialist, one Absence & Wellbeing Specialist, two People Service Specialists, five Talent Acquisition Specialists and one HR Director. We are a trusting, fun, positive and respectful team that will gladly teach you about different elements of the HR function.

You will be exposed to a complete scope of HR tasks whilst meaningfully contributing to tons of exciting projects such as (but definitely not limited to): coordinating and reshaping our onboarding process, ensuring a positive employee experience, supporting in administration within different HR systems (Workday, Smart Recruiters, Homerun etc) in the whole dentsu Benelux, working closely with Talent Acquisition team to bring the best talent onboard, and many more! 

Responsibilities

• Supporting our HR specialists and HRBPs in everyday tasks;

• Managing HR data with utmost accuracy;

• Supporting Talent Acquisition team in recruitment activities;

Who are you  

• You are available for 5 to 6 months (at least 24 hours a week);

• You are registered at a Bachelor or Master programme, preferably in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology;

• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English;

• You have solid organisational skills and an eye for detail.
