About the role

As a Digital Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced digital performance strategies that drive measurable business results for our clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy development

  • Develop comprehensive digital performance strategies tailored to client goals, including SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising and email marketing;

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and audience insights to inform Strategy.

Performance optimization

  • Implement and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI/ROAS;

  • Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities towards clients 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of strategy, performance and recommendations;

  • Present campaign performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Functional team leadership 

  • Lead, mentor and develop digital marketing professionals on client projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including: content, creative and development, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Technical Expertise

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices;

  • Utilize advanced analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decision making.

What are we looking for?

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field;

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and optimization;

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns;

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, display advertising and email marketing;

  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and others;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships;

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree;

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing certifications;

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment;

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and/or knowledge of DMP’s/1st party data management.
